Some things are just not allowed in the airplanes so different companies and product owners have yet to introduce their line of products in an entirely  different and new package.  The only question is that, why is it these tiny packs cost more than the regular ones?

Take this CARGO ColorCards.  These are samples of eyeshadow in one case.  Each case holds 28 cards of single use shadows that are held together.  So that means using one pack for 28 days.  But what if you wish to mix and match and just so happen to use 2 colors at a time?  Well you just have to waste your $24.00 for the foils of eyeshadow then. Actually you can buy a container of different colors for only $16.00.
