Fashion Empress

The latest in the British social event is the Royal Ascot affair.  This is when the fashion for the rich and famous come together in the most extravagant way.

This is a sophisticated hat which is expected to be seen during the horse race at Ascot Racecourse.  During the social event, men are expected to wear a traditional cap while ladies are given the chance to express their wealth and love for fashion by wearing more than jewelries.

This year there were a number for silly looking hats such as a way to give homage to soccer star David Beckham, a tasteful homage to cucumber sandwiches, and a  really large orange flower piece.
